Founder, Marissa Mainer, started her career working in newsrooms. During her time covering local and national news, she found her passion for people. Helping them tell their stories and find a way to accomplish their goals was something that gave her career meaning. When she transitioned out of newsrooms, she searched for a career that would allow her to have that same meaning in a different way. After working in public relations and multimedia marketing for a short while, she found recruiting in 2016. Since beginning her career in recruitment and talent development Marissa has placed roles in everything from sales to operations, but her true passion is helping other creative professionals find companies where they can grow and thrive.
