In 2004, Reitzel Home Improvement Inc was established by Marc and his wife, Courtney, who had tied the knot in that very same year. They are parents to two children, Tyler, born in 2008, and Gianna, born in 2011.

Marc's journey into roofing and construction commenced during his high school years, where he gained invaluable skills and knowledge. His early exposure to house flipping, guided by his father during his childhood, greatly contributed to his expertise in the field.

The decision to venture into an independent career was prompted by Marc's observations of how other contractors treated their clients. Focusing on family and delivering top-notch service has been a cornerstone of their business since its inception in 2004. Over the years, Reitzel Roofing and Exteriors has undergone significant growth in various aspects. Marc's dedication to personal development and the betterment of the live's of his team members, has attributed to the company's growth.
