Co-founder and CMO, Emma Pardo, launched her marketing career in 2020 after graduating from the University of Missouri - Saint Louis with a degree in Media Studies. With few job prospects available due to the pandemic, Emma leaned into her entrepreneurial spirit and founded Elevate Publications, gaining valuable experience in content creation and digital marketing. This paved the way to start 99 Creatives in 2023 with her business partner Katy Martin, where Emma oversees marketing strategy and operations. Driven by a passion for helping brands craft compelling stories and connect with their audiences, she has led marketing efforts for clients across various industries. Emma's goal is to grow 99 Creatives into a leading full-service digital agency by focusing on data-driven campaigns tailored to each client's unique needs. Her natural creativity and strategic mindset have been instrumental in the company's early success. As 99 Creatives continues to make its mark in the marketing world, Emma is excited to develop her skills even further and create momentum for both clients and the agency.
